Bob Floyd — President/Creative Director

Bob is president, founder and creative director of Floyd and Partners. For the past 25 years he has developed and executed comprehensive communications programs that successfully integrate advertising, public relations and web-based marketing communications. Bob is the award-winning creator of numerous print and broadcast ads, including the "Good Mother" campaign for the National Council For Adoption that was in the top 5% of PSAs in the country. His client list includes: Dow Agrosciences, Pella Window Stores, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Lincoln Financial Group, GE Industrial Systems, The Medical Protective Company, National Safe Haven Alliance, DePuy Orthopedics, the Consortium of Forensic Science Organizations, Tokheim, Carrier Corporation, Adoption in Canada, and ZERO — The Project to End Prostate Cancer. He is also an accomplished publicist, adept at writing and placing stories in the national and international press including: The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The New York Times, Popular Science, USA Today, Better Homes and Gardens, CNN, NPR, and ABC's 20/20. He is a graduate of Indiana University and holds an MBA from the University of St. Francis. He sits on the board of the National Safe Haven Alliance, which he helped found in 2004. He is most recently founder of Baby Safe Haven of Indiana.

Jon Ringger — Senior Art Director

Jon possesses a unique talent for combining great design with SEO best practices. Because of this he is able to create Web sites that are as searchable as they are well designed. In addition, he is talented photographer and illustrator, which give him the ability to render successful designs in a variety of media. Jon has won numerous awards for his work, including Addys, Tellys and Daveys. Dr. Charles Kenny — Director of Consumer Research

Dr. Kenny is the founder and owner of The Right Brain People®, a consulting firm specializing in psychologically based analytical work for Fortune 500 clients. The cornerstone of his approach to helping clients is Right Brain Research. This is a proprietary consumer research methodology designed by Dr. Kenny to answer clients' questions about consumer behavior by uncovering and explaining the emotional needs that drive decision-making. He developed the pioneering proprietary methodology for consumer research, business research, strategic planning, management assessment and team building. His clients include: Abbott Laboratories, Merck, Schering-Plough, Amgen, Ross Products, Saturn, Corvette, FedEx, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Slim-Fast, Clorox, Maybelline, GM, General Mills, Discover Card, Ensure, Similac and Nissan Pathfinder. In particular, he conducted the research for the National Council for Adoption that led to the "Good Mother" PSA campaign and website created by F&P.

Rick Herman — Director of Marketing

Rick has worked in consumer and business-to-business marketing for nearly 30 years. At United Technologies he was given increasing levels of responsibility, serving four divisions for this $57 Billion industrial multi-national holding corporation, which includes such well known brands as Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Otis Elevator, Carrier Air Conditioning and Sikorsky Helicopter. He managed marketing communications for a $300 Million division with plants in three countries, employing promotional firms in Indiana, California and England with product lines in the electronic components, electronic system, electromechanical and fluid-power areas. Other responsibilities included tradeshow management, collateral production, product publicity, presentation preparation, speechwriting, sales training and packaging production. Later as a PR agency owner, he won business from divisions of major Fortune 100 and internationally owned clients, including North American Philips, Magnavox Electronic systems, United Technologies, Mitsubishi and MagneTek, Inc. For those clients he was responsible for setting up integrated sales efforts that included telemarketing and separate sales team to elicit, qualify and convert sales opportunities as part of an effort to develop standard services for agency. Rick is also an accomplished technical publicist, having created a series of high-level publicity placements for a major electronics producer cementing their presence as a force in their market category after two major acquisitions. Rick has spent a major portion of his professional practice in new media with an emphasis on search engine marketing including applying advanced optimization techniques to increase search engine traffic, pay per click advertising efficiencies and web page conversions. Rick graduated with degree in journalism from Indiana University where he was a member of the Dean's List and was a Hoosier State Scholarship Winner.

Terri Reilly — Director of Media
